Refund Policy

Monthly, no lock-in

RetailCore ERP is a monthly subscription. There is no long-term contract — you can stop at the end of any month and you will not be billed again.

Billing mistakes

If you believe you were billed wrongly, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will put it right — including a refund where the charge was our error.

Part-used months

Fees for a month already started are not refunded, but the service stays available to you until that month ends.
